THE WORK BEHIND THE CLEAN

A CLEANER SURFACE
STARTS WITH PREPARATION

There’s more to a clean driveway or walkway than washing the open surface. Here’s the care that goes into cleaning your concrete, from preparation to the final rinse.

STEP 1

Prepare & Protect the Area

We clear loose dirt and debris and confirm that vehicles, furniture, and other movable items are out of the work area. Nearby plants and landscaping receive attention before cleaning begins.

STEP 2

Pre-Treat Stains & Buildup

Oil spots, grease, and organic buildup may need treatment before washing. We select a cleaner suited to the concrete and the problem area, allowing it time to work before rinsing.

STEP 3

Clean Edges & Corners

Steps, borders, corners, and areas along walls need individual attention. We work around these details so the cleaning reaches beyond the open center of the surface.

STEP 4

Wash the Main Surface

On suitable concrete areas, a circular surface cleaner works in overlapping passes to help produce an even result. We adjust the approach to the surface and its condition.

STEP 5

Rinse Away Dirt & Residue

We rinse away loosened dirt and cleaning residue, working toward the appropriate drainage area. A final look helps identify spots that need additional attention.

STEP 6

Allow to Dry & Review

Once the concrete dries, the finished result is easier to assess. Sealing is separate from pressure washing and must be agreed as additional work; any sealer or coating requires the surface to dry as specified for that product.

These steps describe concrete cleaning. House siding and other building materials are reviewed separately so the cleaning approach suits the surface.

Yes. We clean concrete driveways, walkways, and entry areas, along with homes and building exteriors. Send photos of the areas you want cleaned so we can confirm the scope.
Can you clean my house or building exterior?
Yes. Include photos showing the exterior material, the areas that need cleaning, and any access concerns. Concrete cleaning methods are not automatically suitable for siding or other building materials. We review the condition and confirm the approach before work begins.
Will every stain come out?
Oil, grease, and organic buildup may need treatment before washing. Results depend on the type of stain, the surface, and how long it has been there. Include close-up photos of stubborn marks so we can discuss realistic expectations.
How do you clean a large concrete area evenly?
On suitable concrete surfaces, we use a circular surface cleaner in overlapping passes and give edges and corners separate attention. We then rinse away loosened dirt and cleaning residue.
What should I do before the cleaning?
We’ll confirm preparation before the appointment. Plan to move vehicles, furniture, planters, and other movable items out of the work area. Tell us about delicate landscaping and any access or water-supply limitations.
Is concrete sealing included?
Pressure washing and concrete sealing are separate services. Any additional sealing must be agreed in the project scope. Before a sealer or coating is applied, the concrete must dry as required by the selected product and site conditions.
What should I send with my request?
Send your address, a list of the surfaces you want cleaned, and a few wide and close-up photos. Mention oil spots, organic buildup, existing damage, and anything that may affect access to the work area.
